I would have to say no. This is because first of all, the amount of energy that it would require to even levitate for a second, is enourmous. So, I couldn't see anyone flying for more than a millimeter. Smile

believing is half of it. if you think it will take a lot of energy, it will take a lot more than if you think it won't. But I don't think anyone here can fly..... yet.

Gravity pulls you down. Therefore, even if you do believe that it won't take alot of energy, there is still physical things that are restraining you. Also, I don't believe that belief is half of it. It would still require so much energy to lift your body wieght and move, over gravities pull.

Blief != psionics.

Very Imporbable. no matter how fucking long you've been practice, It's near impossible. Levitation maybe, but not flying, just something I wouldn't beleive at all unless someone flys to my house.

I'll again have to agree with Neveza. I hate that people think that gravity doen't exist or they don't believe in it. First of all, evidently it does exist because I am sitting in a chair right now, (and I'm not even strapped in! Cool )
Also, because you have been binded by the force of gravity for so long, (your whole life) I think it would be pretty hard to trick your sub c into thinking gravity doesn't exist because while you are doing that, you would be held down by gravity lol.

Flying is really quite elementary. All you need to do is fall and not hit the ground.

But in all seriousness, I'd keep flying to LDs and APs only.

I said no, however I do believe levitation is possible, but flying is moving at a decent rate (different then moving while levitating) Also flying is completely different, flying has more to do with wind assistance, and an engine to power it, so unless you're using psi to power the engine, then no you can't

Levitating and moving forward yes (which I think is technically flying) but up in the clouds and the superman thing no....and flying doesn't have to have anything to do with an engine, birds fly....planes can have engines, birds can have wings and people have minds Smile

anyone hear of the Bo people??

actually derrick.. .birds don't technically fly, they glide... they use their wings only to bring them upwards so they can glide downward due to gravity...

(Also it seems we make a good arguing team Wink )
