ok i know what your going to say, PRACTICE but I dont want that answer. How long did it take you to get it movin? Ive been practing for 4 days now and I cant even budge it. Anything I can do to help me move it? |

ok, after reading your pm about what method to use, I think I can help.
You really have to find or make a method that works for you. That being said, there are things that you can do. For example focus on one part of the psi wheel. (usually the middle top part.) You dont really need to try to become one with the object, just focus on it. you should get a feeling of power over the object. Then you ask your sub c to move the object and you nudge it with your mind/awareness. (thanks to Iolair for that) If that doesnt work, then just try what feels best for you. |

np and great job at making it move. Now all you have to do is practice more to make it actually spin. Just as an after thought, what exact method did you use? |

paper. I was reading this: art-normal-uses.html. It said put you feet flat on the ground and hands flat on the desk. Breathe and release all emotion and energy. Then I moved it!!!!!!!!!! |

I dont know. I breted in and when I breathed out I pushed everything out. The important thing is it moved!!!!!!!!!!!! |

Have you ever thought that when you breathed out your breath moved it.... lol... if you prevented that then great job. |

I cover my nose and mouth with my shirt. Even it that affected it, it wouldnve have moved in one direction then change. Definatly me. lol of course I cant move it now |

lol you are probably just tired. Anyway, dont force it. Try to remember the feeling of when you moved it. Good job!!!! |
