Get a good nights sleep. And also, if you are excited you can always try meditation as a way to calm down. Just focus on your breathing or whatever helps you relax.

Well, you could spend that time you took posting this, to be practicing. The best technique ive ever found on Telekinesis, was just four words from N_I's Article. Those four words were "expect it to happen", thinking of the object as unstable makes it so much easier to move. ~Maxus, the Saxus of Flaxus Raxus |

I have been practicing for 9 months straight stopped and started again and I still could not move it, don't get frustrated so easily. | ||
