Just remember, if it moves the psiwheel, it moves everything else. Good luck with all your practices. |

Two contradictory ways of thinking about this...
1. It takes a lot more energy to move a pencil (not to mention control), and you need to be really good with the psiwheel to be able to move pencils. 2. Psiwheels and pencils take the same amount of energy to move, and all that's stopping you from moving them is you're used to spinning, and they look heavier and harder to move. Personally, I'll go with the second one. Try NI's technique. http://www.psipog.net/forums/viewtopic.php?t=113 |

well to me moving a pencil or tooth pick isn't harder to understand that you want it to slide or roll and not spin, if that makes any sence at all. i'm just able to move the psi wheel withoutthinking about anything. when i doconcentrate on energy flow past it it stops and wont spin again unless i stop thinking about it. but not thinking aboutrolling or sliding a toothpick or pencil doesn't work for me nor does it move when i visualize it moveing w/energy flowing by it. so i dont know what to do nothing is working for me. |
