Sometimes, the sub-c can be more clever than the mind itself. I think that's the reason why people who don't believ that they can do pk can do it simply because their sub-c beleives it. Maybe your sub-c sees more than you do. It is said that the sub-c is linked to a higher presence, whether it be a god or an entity of some kind or matter. So, in short, it doesn't matter what you believe, if your sub-c doesn't believe it, it won't happen. However, if you don't believe you can do something and the sub-c does, it will enable pk, regardless of what you believe. But that's just me.
