I've found since I've been doing PK I have an extreme urge for chocolate, I must eat 100+ grams of it now (rubs tummy).

Anyone else have simliar experiences?

yeah, i haven't really noticed...but since i started back up recently, i have had less cravings for a certain product only 18 year olds and up (in the US) can buy, but because of the rules i cannot state the object Wink

which is great, BTW. Very Happy

I'm bad with chocolate. It's like taking my uncontrollable teenage mood swings and amplifying them, and coming down just plain sucks.

When you perform TK, your energy gets drained so that you crave chocolate to replace the energy lost through TK.

chocolate , tea , cola .... and so on , all as i read in psipog that effect on tk it make it weaker because their is something in them lol i dont know how to write it , that thing that make you stay wake up for longer time Very Happy .
