I'm not going to get into a petty fight with you.

All I did was quote the rules. As for the 5th rule "be cool", I didn?t Flame, I didn?t directly contradict you, hell I didn?t even say anything regarding my opinion, I was gently reminding you that we need to be respectful and kind here.

I would agree in some respects with what you?re saying, but as it happens its still a matter of peoples personal preference as to what shield they like.

And thats where this ends.

I seem to have a knack of cloaking myself even before stumbling upon psionics. If i really dont want people to notice me, they generally won't.

While reading a article on shielding a thought struck me. Is it possible to set a shield to allow a 'lower level' Psionist inside while keeping a higher one out, or viseversa. And is Psionist the correct term?

I believe the term you're looking for is "psion."

Anyways, you would have to have some way to gauge the other psion's power. Then there's the possibility of a more powerful psion posing as a weaker one.

Conserning MAverickPsi's question, it could be done via frequency levels. I.e. setting up a shield on a high frequency level, thus letting lower frequencys pass through. This of course assuming the more powerful psion is consently operating on a high frequency level.

about my favorie sheild, i really dont have one. i usally keep up 3 sheilds. i have a layered sheild,(bassiaclly 5 layers or bubble sheilds) that was inspired by the spaceship that was shot at the comet(or whatever) along with the tower sheild(i dunno if they have anything on those here) from http://www.psc-online.org/ (a [take a guess] a tower of psibricks[kinof]) and a bubble sheild set to absorb stuff thrown at it(psi not snowballs) and then i have a constuct that i can tell to negate any psionic activity around it (unless i tell it not to) i dont know if that counts as a shield though.
so what is my favorite one? i realy dont have one

Second of all, that sketch kicks some major ass. ^_^

Third of all, marshmallow. Because marshmallows rock.

Fourth of all...

Happens to me too...Not always in a great situation -_- I've missed handouts because of this.

This also happens to me when I am not paying attention I accidentally cloak myself and sometimes when I try to clok myself.

If I could change my vote, I would say a Marshmallow Shield set to recycle psi for my own use.

I?d have to vote bubble shield (and I did Smile ). Mainly because it?s the only one on I can make without having to put to much effort into it.

Has anyone ever had success making a force bubble? I?ve been able to make a really week one, which I used to push around a psi wheel. Until it shattered (the force bubble not the psi wheel Razz )

I've made a couple of force bubbles, shenlon. (Not very strong ones, though.) Check out my topic regarding force bubbles in the psi ball section, and we can continue the conversation there. Wink

hahaha, didn't realize the error....

The Monthy Python, as it is called can be a tricky varmint. Having a large stomach, it only requires feeding once per month. During the "time of month" as it is, it can be quite a nasty critter, occasionally taking down even a large kuala. Although during the rest of the month it spends it's time hiding in dark holes. Monthly Pythons make good pets because of the infrequent feeding and maintenance.

"Hey SunTsu..."
For the record as well, it is SunTzu
