I've decided to give up techniques.
I know this sounds stupid, because i just posted a new one a few days ago... but i'm gonna try something else. I am going to train harder than i ever have before. I am going to start taking it seriously, and i'm also starting meditation. For the training with the toothpick, i'm just going to focus and try to move it. The "Just Do It" method, i guess. But if i do this for a long enough time, it should benefit me. I'm posting this because i need this community's help. Do you guys know of any meditation that helps to develop focus, or PK? I only know of Motionless Meditation, which i have tried, but don't have the concentration for. Martial Artist, i expect a long post from you ![]() Thanks in advance ~ Wolverine |

i'm ot martial artist, but the meditation i use is to just focus on your breathing.. |

Agreed, meditation will help in the long run, but more so you need to find the universal method for pk. It seems almost every successful pk'er does pk close to the same way. If you wanna discuss pk im me, same name, jynx493. Good luck. |

Just go somewhere quiet, and take 10 descending deep slow breaths. It really quietens your mind. Or do Robert Peterson's method of "quiesing" your mind. Or what I do is something they call Combat Breathing; it's nothing special but it makes the American police feel special and you know how delicate they are. Breath in deeply, filling your lungs entirely, for the duration of 4 seconds, hold for 4 seconds and slowly empty your lungs completely for 4 seconds. Repeat as necesscary. Or search google. Or do whatever the hell you want. Meditation is optional you realise? |
