ohh yeah.. actually since he stated that he was willing to include them i thought may be just let him share something, however in my personal opinion you may just want avoid it and instead add some tips to improve on personal meditation and well being.

I would actually insist that such a chapter must be avoided in public, i plan to write someday and keep it in low circulation only.

The dark secrets must remain underground. Smile !!

People tend to drive away from things that cuase them pain. And perhaps there are things that shouldn't be experience at certain times at ones life.

How many of you have been raped as children?

How many of you have a friend who have drug problems or such?

How many of you have parent/guardian problems?

Control issues?

The existence of suffering is the soul reason to why one must avoid it. Or so in our current human nature in our sociality.

It's selfish to ask for anything, its selfish to keep anything while giving some away.

The only way its not selfish is when you have nothing. Its not shareing that is good, its grace that is good.
