When trying to move an object, what do you actually focus your energy on ?
Do you focus on the bit where you push on or the whole object moving. Or do u focus on where the object is going to move to ?

neither..i dont use an energy technique..but back when i did use a technique like that(i'd shoot energy at it) i'd just shoot it AT it..but i think you mean the psiwheel, so in your case one of the edges..

I tend to focus on the intention I have of moving the object. I don't bother with the details, I let my subconsicous take care of that. Just focus on your wish of moving it. I do not know how experienced you are in these energy matters and matters of focus, so it might be a hard technique to do since intentions, in my experience, consist out of a much subtler energy than for example the visualization of a colorful energy or the dense energy of the physical psi-wheel itself. Intentions are at the base of moving things, therefore I try to take my mind to that realm, though it is a very subtle realm, so you'll need some focus and alertness.

If I want to move something just to see if I can move it I charge it with psi. If I want it to move steadily, I work with my subconscious
