What's your end of the world song? I've always been curious what other people feel about what song fits for the end of the world or something very dramatic.
Really, I enjoy Louis Armstrong's Wonderful World for it, although it's quite the universal event song. |

Come my friend, to fate let's raise Two finger shots at this our last soiree For tomorrow I fear Swoops all too deadly near This precipitous weir to Hell's high gate We touched the stars That now laugh from afar At we, the damned The damned The damned The damned |

That's by R.E.M i believe. my end of the world song would be 'finished symphony' by Hybrid. it's truly a great piece of music. if you've ever heard it you'd understand. it's a perfect mix of emotive string instruments and a kicking beat make it one of my favourite pieces of music. and i'd gladly listen to it before i die. |

I'm not sure if it would qualify but "Land of Confusion," by Disturbed would be mine.

Hmmm...I'd say Symphony of Destruction by Megadeth....maybe Fade to Black by Metallica even though all the lyrics don't fit....

It's by Great Big Sea. Rhapsody's entire discography, played from the start. It'd make more sense if you knew what I was talking about, but since you don't: Their entire discography follows a plot. The world is near destruction at the end of their latest album. |

I'd probably have to say either "In The Last Second" by Jumpsteady, or (more likely) "Our God is an Awesome God" by Michael W. Smith.
I'm a man of BIG faith, what can I say? |

Since the end of the world would be chaotic and insane, the answer seems incredibly simple. The perfect song would be the Timewarp!
"It's just a jump to the left and then a step to the*BOOOOOM!!!*" |

I like metal. Symphonic power metal, speed metal, thrash, you name it.
Others like other stuff :\ It's not as if, when you change genres, you lose the capacity to write about certain themes. Although you don't see many themes of "riding into battle, for glory thee" in rap. |

Ever heard of Pillar? They're a Christian rap group. Yes, they exist. I was surprised to find that out myself. But I liked the statement anyways. |

Both good choices. I think i'd probably pick 'The End' by 'Roadrunner United', or 'Superman's Dead' by 'Our Lady Piece', you can easily visualise some armageddon scenes listening to that music. |
