Hey everyone,
It's been a while since i posted here. I'm just wondering if not Practicing TK can have an impact on your ability to do it.. I just started doing it maybe 2months ago and i have gotten the psi wheel to spin a decent amount of times ( 2 full circles at a decent amount of speed) and have gotten it to twitch under a container..I've even gotten a nickel to fall over after standing on edge watching it for 2 mins to see if it fell on its own, which it didnt. Basically I'm just wondering what i can do to help me TK ability, because ive been busy with college and work and haven't been practicing... I have a lovely blue pen that is perfectly round and im gonna try rolling that... Any advice would be helpful....thanks dj |

if you dont practice for a long time, you'll just be a little rusty when you decide to start again.. |

On the other hand, a break can do you good, especially if you're in a rut. For instance, I hadn't practiced for about a month until today, and when I took out my psiwheel today I excersied the greatest amount of control over it than I ever had before (and when I left it I could not control it's direction at all.) |

I don't want to sound mean or anything, but from what I can gather... you didn't improve.
Your mind just forgot about those doubs you had when you tried last time. You came to the psi wheel and it was easy and, well you could always do it. You just broke a barrier, you can _only_ improve through practice. |

Breaking a barrier is an improvement in itself though, is it not? |
