honn5 Joined: 18 May 2006 Posts: 121	iv been using this method for a while now and have expierenced moderate success,i just never took the time to write it out until now. I take my right hand and move it in a circular motion sort of underneith the table. I start out slow then i get a little faster,all im doing with the psi wheel is look at it, i dont visualize it spinning and it works. It works even when i change the direction of my finger, example ill start clockwise it goes clockwise then i go counterclockwise it goes counter clockwise. well i hope this helps anyone it certainly has for me but not while its under a container though, i guess i just need more practice with that part. post anything related to this if u want.....thx
