Hey guys

I have been practising with the toothpick for a while now... and i reckon i'm doing a pretty good job. I've been practising Psionics in general for almost two months now, and i have already moved on from the psi wheel to the toothpick.

The thing is, when i focus on it and see it moving, it shakes, like it wants to move but it just cant. Its like a barrier, holding me back.
Sometimes when i focus all my attention on it it shakes violently, but it never rolls! Evil or Very Mad
It's really frustrating, and i was hoping you guys could help me out with this. Very Happy

Ummmm...if two months lets you wobble it then maybe you can progress with more practice? Very Happy

Well, i just stare at it and if i focus enough, it will shake by itself. I can guide it by using visualization, though im not a good visualizer. I just feel it , so i guess its a mixture between the "just do it" and visualization....
hope that answers your question and thanks for replies

i would just say...dont think about the barrier. yes it takes a while to become good, but just let it come. dont force it. be patient and it will come. no worries
