Yesterday, as i was bored on the bus,
thought of a time when my adrenaline was pumping
Immidietly, my adrenaline skyy rocketed

IS this psi related

Most likely not, Bio feedback most likely although I've heard of instances where adreniline enhanced someone abilities. some people might say its kind of like bio-pk

Sounds like to me that part of you catch yourself going adrenaline before it gone off. But that is just me.

ive done it more than a few times, like if i think of holding myself onto a ledge with a huge drop, i get a nice adrenaline rush to my hands

Yeah, not sure if it has to do with psi. Controlling your adrenaline isn't too hard, for me at least. You just have to trick your body that something is happening and it should get you pumping.
