I was able to have my first lucid dream last night!
It was very short, because as soon as I realised I was dreaming, everything felt so very real and I got too excited. ![]() That being said, do you guys think that LDs are like a stepping stone to OBEs? I mean, does becoming proficient in one help with the other, or are they totally unrelated? |

oh yea they deffinatly are. yesterday i had a lucid dream and i actually tried to have a obe in my dream , and i did extremely easily due to the fact that your body is asleep already. Once u get out of your body the first time, you get the weirdest sensation seeing your body laying in bed feeling so far from it. First time i freaked out and returned immidiatly. |
