no, you just recall more of them
and keeping a dream journal increases your dream recall skill

Dreaming is great. My problem is that I love my dreams too much, that I start to worry about gaining lucidity, because I won't know how the storyline turns out. Same with waking up. I also worry that once I gain lucidity, I'll wake up (like I did the other night).

Anyway, yes, I hear dream journals work well... though I remember most of my dreams anyway. At least, the parts worth remembering.

I recommend dream journals, though. I plan on keeping track of my dreams once something comes up that I'll want to record... heh.

Dream journals are definetly a good idea. I started keeping one like 2 years ago and now my dream recolection is so good there's no point in keeping one. I remember soo many of my dreams I'd have a damn encyclopedia Very Happy ....It's also good to read your dream journal right before you go to bed and it may help you realize when you're dreaming more, in which case you have much better chance to lucid dream.

Yes, dream journal is very good, it increases conciousness in dreams, at least for me. When I work on recalling my dreams and get better and better, I start getting this weird semi conciousness when I'm dreaming, where I know something's wrong and I'm in a different world or something. But if I stop focusing on remembering dreams or keeping a dream journal, I lose it and have to work on it again. I think that if I can regain that conciousness, then, once I combine it with my every half hour reality checks and HILD, then I will become lucid very often. I have a friend who lucids nearly every night, that's my goal.

Hope that helped. So yeah, keeping a dream journal is good.
