fender1391 Joined: 27 Jan 2006 Posts: 46	i listened to the first two audio files in the series. nothing really happened other than me feeling really relaxed and then falling asleep like it said to do. but i did not achieve lucidity. my suspicion of how it is supposed to work, is that it plays a frequency that is the same as what the brain produces during sleep, thus tricking your brain into thinking its sleeping while you are still concious.
