Has nothing to do with the fuel. I saw these guys on discovery a while back. I believe there was one guy who designed and built it, (there might have been 2 guys but I know they design and build these flying contraptions all on their own) and one (or both) used to be an aeronotical engineer. Don't quote me on that though. But they've also built a flying barn and they have a few other odd ones in the works. Regular fuel, just a matter of aerodynamics. I'm sure if you searched past discovery channel shows you should find it. (mabye it was ripley's or daily planet or something like that).

P.S It's not really a lawnmower. Just has some nice lawnmower cut-outs around the main flying part. I think it was actually just cardboard Confused
