I was just wondering, how long does it take you to regenerate(or generate) psi after practicing?
I'm wondering because I've always been able to go from "empty to full" in 5 minutes at the most. Is that normal? p.s. I hope the term "regenerate" isn't too fluffy, but it's the best word I can think of. |

Nobody can answer that, since nobody actually knows what psi is or where it comes from.
Personally, I don't believe in regeneration of psi. Just relax for a while and try again, might experience burn out or something of the equivlant. Also, don't push yourself too hard. |

the chinese believe that qi normally regenerates by breathing or eating, although there ARE "artificial" ways of regenerating psi....
the rate of regen is something only u can answer, as this rate is different for everyone |
