OK, I dont know if this applies to everyone, but I was practicing the psi wheel and noticing, I hold my breath much of the time, so as not to blow it.

However, I just found a way to breath and not blow it, like sitting not directly in front of it, making a bigger psi wheel, or putting in under glass...

anyways I found now that if i place my hand by it, and breath in and out slowly but VERY deeply than it almost always starts moving, Very well with a seemingly good amount of control as well. Im not exactly sure but i think it has somthing to do with the oxygen supply to your brain, subconcious or somthing. Also the deep breahing most arent used to so it creates a lightheadeness... and helps create the brain waves neccesary for TK.

I dont know, it works for me...try it out and tell me if it works for you too.

I don't know about deep breathing, but my breathing usually falls into a slow paced breathing and I'll start inhaling and exhaling less.
