my first attempt at and obe, i was doing all my steps. When my body was completely relaxed and a warm wavy feeling a relaxed my brain Then BAM my leg and my left lower body slamed into the bed. I woke my self up imidiatly because it really freaked me out becasue i realized that my body hadnt actually moved at all. Well im pretty sure it didnt. well anyway i got up out of bed and everything was blurry, like my eyes where dilated, this blurriness lasted about a hour does this happen to anyone else if so what is it caused bye? also was what i expeirenced the begining of an obe or a body twitch. |
