i am unsure where i should post this but i want to know some of the techniques people use to gather energy?. i am more interested in gathering ALOT of energy to start flaring and other techniques i have in mind but the energy in the body alone is by far not enough and it leaves me weak for days soo what are some of the personal techniques?, i know some like to think of the sun giving off the energy and absorbing that helps....
