Lately Ive been doing psionics a lot more than normal. In the last few days I had to stop because I was really tired and felt depressed. I started again and I feel the same. When I took a break I was fine. Is this from me doing it to much or what? Today I just played with my psi wheel for 10 minutes. Its not like Im depressed or anyhting, Im happy. Im even going to an amusment park tonight (=. But its getting to become too much. Please help me out. |

you're turning emo.
now go and get a bad, lop-sided haircut and scream about how the world doesn't understand you or the music you listen to. either that or take a short break. no-one's pressuring you to practice 24/7. |

Make sure you always eat 3 meals a day. That's a big factor. |

Eat something before and after you practice.
Some crackers or something. I often need a raise in blood sugar after practicing and shite. |
