Practicing PK today (rare for me), tried to roll a small spring (for some reason, the idea of rolling a spring seems easier to me then other objects - plus I had one Smile). Rarely tried much PK beyond the psiwheel (which, honestly, I can barely do, but hey), but today I noticed other things on my desk either jumping about (guitar pick), or just moving (piece of paper was flapping as if it was windy - which is isn't in here).

Of course, the damn spring barely moved, only a small wobble.

Anyone had something like this happen to them, and any idea's on how to focus more on the object I want to move.

Maybe you're focussing too hard. I've found that PK is like resonant frequencies. You could drop a 100 lb weight on one end of a bridge, and you most likely wouldn't feel it. But if you had a 1 lb occilator at just the right frequency, you can vibrate the entire bridge.

Try not to focus on the target object so strongly. Instead, focus on letting the spring move. I get the same effect when I focus too hard to spin the psi wheel: little movement in chaotic jumps.[/i]
