I read Carrie by Stephen King(telekinetic girl) and she see's it as an unused muscle and always thinks "flex" when moving something and it's not a bad way to do tk. |

would explain why i feel a muscle somewhere in my neck / back of my head flexing when trying to PK (doesn't work tho)
but the only result i got from consciously using this muscle was nearly getting a black-out like when you sit, breath in a lot, then stand up and hold your breath... crazy, huh? |
