My favourite fantasy series would have to be The Wheel of Time by Robert Jordan

I don't have a favourite, really. There are too many that I like...
Tolkien:
Lord of the Rings.
The Hobbit.
The Silmarillion.
R.A. Salvatore:
The Dark Elf Trilogy.
The Icewind Dale Trilogy.
Legacy of the Drow.
Paths of Darkness.
Ed Greenwood:
Elminster: The Making of a Mage.
Elminster in Myth Drannor.
The Tempation of Elminster.
Also, a couple books from the Dragonlance Chronicles. There are others, too, but this is all I can think of now (I suppose all of them are my favourites)... and I assume you were just talking about fantasy books, not just fiction in general.
I wish I had money to buy books with. :\

Warhammer 40,000. Best battles you'll ever read.
