My questions are:

i can create atleast 2 psi balls a day.(i believe its a psi ball) is that a normal amount for a beginner?

shelling is my defect, how to i "feel" for the ball, how am i supposed to visualize the ball there? could someone describe in there words how to shell 1?(yes i read the aricle but doesnt seem to help)

Nothing is normal.

Just imagine the contruct having a hard shell...for shelling..or give in the idea to have a shell..just keep practicing.

BTW.....shelling is crap.....u do not need to practice shelling.....its pointless..... better off with elemental control
