Sure, but would it cause physical damage? Unlikly, but this CAN be consider combat, so don't be surprised if it gets locked.

no i meant exploading as in a bomb, i dont intend to use it for combat but as another way for showing that you made a psi ball instead of flaring it.

Laughing I can... I made a post about how dangerous they are too.... I some really bad blisters for about three months haha. That's why I don't like to make them a lot anymore. But yeah, it is possible.
