I found this site last night and read almost every article and tried this "psiball but im not 100% sure if i made it correctly, i followed the
instructions, and thought of the sun and my hands got VERY HOT and i think i felt a ballish obect in my hand but i might of been a little bit to exited to tell for sure, i tried thinking of something cold and getting the energy from there but my hands got hotter in stead Shocked and it was too hot at the time so i opend my eyes and looked and my hands were sweating perpulsely and were red! this took only 1 minute since i read what to do. now i try it agian and agian and i cant make another psi ball, i try "charging" but im not sure exactly how. (im a noob Sad )i need some help please!

damn it.....ur are suffering from a burnout (u read every single article and post so ya should know wad a burnout is)

and u said u are a n00b......noobs go on slowly.....take a break, have a kit kat.......and just relax!
