I'm not sure what you would call it, But ever since I dreamt 9/11 before it happened, ive been looking around on how to get better at dreaming events and such. And I looked on the website, but I couldn't find anything on it. Anyone have any advice? |

That happens to me too! Except it's just ... images? Just random images. Then I end up seeing them the next day.
Maybe you should try meditating before you go to bed or something, you know, "open up your mind to recieve information." I'm such a noob don't listen to me! haha |

I'm at noob at it also, but I had the same problem for years. They tend to range from days to weeks or months for me.
All I can say is that you should keep records of it, like in a dairy or a voicerecorder. |
