OK, I have been trying to OBE for quite some time now, and I have one problem. I will start to feel the vibrations and then after a while of sitting there I will end up falling asleep (unintentionally of course). But, I will wake up when make legs start to sink through the bed because I always (unintentionally) do the jerking motion because of reflexes. Does anyone know how I can stay awake and how to stop my body from jerking?

I'd either count or "visualize" what your body is doing (dude, lol. how do you sleep throug the vibrations?). Those two methods usually keep me awake enough.

This may be difficult for you, but I'm not too sure of your level of abilities. You should try to build a construct and program it to wake you up when you're fallin asleep during the vibrations.

try caffine? I dont know if it would help or not, but I dont see any harm in giving a couple of Dr. Peppers and a bag of skittles a shot ;D

I suppose this'd be a good thread to post OBE problems in?
Well I tried to OBE this morning after I woke up, and Ifelt the vibrations, and my body was going numb, but, either I stopped breathing, or due to being numb it felt like I stopped breathing. Is it normal to feel like you aren't breathing when your body goes numb during vibrations? Or is it normal to still feel like you are breathing and its a good thing I stopped the vibes to control my breathing? |

You are feeling fine but your body is doing EVERYTHING in its power to make you move. Its all in the mind. You really are breathing, but you just feel the pain of not breathing. Either way, you will be fine. ![]() |
