It feels as though I have some kind of energy build up in the front and middle and lower back of my head. The only things I know how to do are empathy and Pre-Cognition(happens accidentally anyway), and was wondering what's a good way to use this sudden(it's lasted a month, I'm hoping it's here to stay) increase in energy.

it's possible that what you feel isn't a positive buildup. In fact it's more than likely that it's not. There are two alternatives I would like to suggest:

1) You could be confusing things with burnout. If you use your abilities too much ('too much' being relative) then your channels could fry themselves, giving you a dull, pulsing ache in the areas of over-use. You have to be careful with burnout because you can actually cause some serious damage if you don't pace yourself. I suggest taking it easy for a couple of days and seeing if it goes away. If not then...

2) You could have a blockage at the throat, stopping energy from flowing into the rest of your body. As such, all the energy you're receiving is pooling in your head, which isn't a good thing because the rest of your body would then be suffering from lack. Try to push the energy down. See if it can flow freely (even if it suddenly bounces back up). If you can move it down, even to your heart, then that means things are fine. If not, then you have a blockage that must be removed.
