I've been pondering this for quite a while... I was thinking you could use DMILS for weight loss...

Hear me out, so if you convince yourself that you are skinny, in theory, you could lose weight...

But it's only a theory... Whaddya think? Could it happen?

For the amount of time and energy you'd probably have to spend learning it, you'd probably be better off heading to the gym.

Of course, for the amount of energy psi supposedly expends, just practicing some energy manipulation for a few hours a day could yield weight-loss results on their own.

I've tried. It felt very...uncomfortable. Like you did a bunch of abs workouts but without a single motion. I don't even think I benefit from it.

Just do it the non-mental way dude, be alot more benefitable and possibly, more healthy. Or combine the two.

Anorexic people have convinced themselves that they're fat and it does nothing.

But the physical lack of energy overcompensates for the fact that they think they're fat.

I think if you use mental visualization and stuff while working out, walking, and stuff, like seeing your fat go away, being consumed while you workout, and so on, it could help you get better results.
but making fat disapear alone, i think it's a lill... well, nothing can be created, nothing can disapear. all is morphed.
so all that energy needs to go somewhere. if you workout and visualize it, it's easier to "believe" and to actually DO it then just wanting it to go away alone.
i think i said same things twice but anyway..
