I thought of a neat way to trick my mind to move pencils better....simply get a pencil (round works best) and roll it in tinfoil, lightly tape it, then take the pencil out and work with the tinfoil one 1st...MUCH easier to move...and when you get good at that leave the tinfoil on the pencil and convince your mind there's still no pencil inside..just roll the foil...practice practice practice and i think it'll help you learn much faster...im working on just the foil for now until i get better but i have actual shaking, which i couldn't get before...i only started the psi wheel couple weeks ago but am pretty good at that and think this is working well...hope this helps

If anyone would would they send a video of them moving the tin foil and the putting the pencil in and moving that to. >>thnx<<

This is for anyone who can already move pencils mabye you can provide more help.....when actually moving it what kind of technique do you use??? like with the psi wheel you picture smooth, flowing energy in your mind and i can perform this very well but with pencils is it still the same flowing energy, or more of a short burst???...help....anyone...still no roll for me Very Happy

I already did that, except my tinfoil loop thing is one that would fit around a paper towel tube or something and it is not as wide as a paper towel tube, it's like an inch wide.
