Colorion Joined: 19 May 2006 Posts: 73	I was training telekinesis and psiballs for about 3 weeks but there was only one result - headache after 5-10 mins of practice. Maybe I expect results too fast but is it possible that I just can't do it at all because theres something wrong with my head?

SheepKing Joined: 12 Jan 2006 Posts: 728	Constant headaches could mean you're just holding stress in your neck/back, screwing up with blood-flow to your head. Not necessarily a result of Psi practice. I suggest you stretch, and try and relax.
