well you can do anything you want in a lucid dream. as for TK practice in a lucid dream affecting your performance in real life i dont think it would have an effect just because you dont have to go through any of the processes or concentration you do in real life. i could be wrong im not an expert on lucid dreams.

No, I don't think it'll help your PK because when you have lucid dreams, you (and your Subconscious) are able to distinguish between when you're dreaming or when you're awake, and your Subconscious doesn't think that you can do PK when awake.

it wouldn't help you practice. but you can make love to phyllis Diller's mutilated head in a lucid dream.

basicly: Anything.

I never noticed any extreme changes after all my "practice sessions" in my lucid dreams. I do remember feeling distinctly where in my head all the sensations were coming from... and I remember doing telekinesis the same way I normally did it, but a lot better (?).

Anyway, I'd have to say yes... but not just by practice.

i've read that the activities in your brain when thinking about something (or dreaming) are the same as when doing things in reality (sry for not being able to post the source, googling should help tho, i dunno where _I_ read it)

And i know that when dreaming, doing stuff like psychokinesis is still damn hard to do... (at least in the dreams i was doing it, it was like that, for me)

so my «theory» is...
in a dream, all your "psychic" abilities are "boosted", and if you train them so you can really do stuff like PK like you're moving your arms and fingers...
then you might be able to see results in real-life too (if you subtract the dream-"boost")
