I keep having Lucid Dreams and I always do Telekinesis in my Lucid Dreams..If you have ever read the book Exploring The World Of Lucid Dreaming by Stephen Laberge you know that Lucid Dreams can help better your waking life.. I'm wondering If I continue to practice Telekinesis in my Lucid Dreams and tell my subconcious in my Lucid Dreams to "Focus" and "Remember at all times, im in control" If it might help my TK process in reality?

Allthough it allready sounds like you answer your own question. Confused
ill give you an answer anyway, yes lucid dreaming can help improve your pk abilitys, just dont expect to be able to do amazing stunts just because you can in your dreams Wink

im only looking to better understand my subconcious...and my subconcious to get a better understanding of me...While in my Lucid Dreams i talk to my subconcious and try to let it know who is in control...Any tips on how to have your Subconcious "listen" to you in reality....are more then welcome!

so who is in control? they're both YOU are you having split personality issues?

lol no man..Im just wondering how to better control the subconcious part of me, and if anyone has any tips they are welcome, ive read the articles about it but need to know more!
