i know a lot of people post things about getting headaches from playing with psi or using tk. But for me I sometimes get headaches from not practicing. When I laid off of TK practice for a week they started up. It was really irrating but they would last a few seconds or up to 30 before stopping. Now that I started back up again I'm just fine.

Has anyone else had this happen to them?

On a side note: its kind of like an addiction Razz lol

The one day I moved a can and pen (I was doing PK for 4+ hours that day. I went crazy.) I got terrible headaches for about a day. The headache felt more like a migraine, but it wasn't on the left or right side. It was a little bit back before my third eye. Maybe a little higher as well.

wow I rarly practice for more then 20 minuets a day. But then again I can figure out how long it will take me to become better. Anything over 30 minuest annoys the hell out of me so good for you. Plus I just dont hae the time Mad

i get sharp headaches that flash on only for a couple of seconds,most iv had one is something like 20sec. they are always on one side of my head at a time e.g. just left or just right never both now iv started practacing agen there going away Very Happy
