Another newbie question here: I was recently on a 4-hour flight, and having forgotten to get a magazine or a book from my bag, was left with nothing to do. So, I thought I'd take the time to work on my psiballs. I did a few experiements with temperature and size, with good results. But then, when I was trying to make a large one, I got a massive headache. I wasn't sure if it was caused by overdoing psi, so I did some tests. Sure enough, the headaches worsened every time I made a psiball, and faded when I stopped. Is this common with newbies? |

i am only to the point with semi-seccess with the psi wheel (been practicing 2 days) but yesterday i tried to move a pencil...i duno why, just though i'd give it a go. I got really into a visualization trying to roll it, I imagined myself becoming the pencil and actually flipping over myself, and it give me a butterflies in my stomache feeling, and after the visualization i had a slight headache,
so yeah, i think its pretty normal |

Yes headaches are normal, but when you come across a headache while using psi it usualy means you should stop, grab a snack or something and sit it out.
We wouldn't want anything to happen to you now would we? |

Thanks for the info. I guess I'm just a little impatient and overexcited about this thing, but I suppose that's common for all newbies. |

Most definitely normal, but sometimes I even ignore the headaches and continue on. Very little changes appear between the pain and no pain. Ah just depends on how bad you think a headache is I suppose >_>; |
