I'm usually able to lucid dream every night very easily. But latey I've been so tired by bedtime that I'm to tired to try and induce a WILD. So yesterday when I had some time I went into "sound studio" and recorded 10 min. of silence. Then after that ten minutes I recorded my voice saying "I'm dreaming" over and over. I made it very soft and quiet so it wouldn't wake me. When I went to sleep I simply pressed play on my mp3 player which I had downloaded my "Lucid track" on to ealier. It worked great. You guys might give this a try.

That sounds like a great idea. The problem is I am even too lazy to make a recording like this. ![]() |

I've tried things like this before. They never really helped me. Then again, I have heard of them helping other people besides just you EOR, so it is probably worth a shot.

I tried this, and I am not able to sleep after doing it. Of course I had It constantly repeating with music on sofftly in the background. I might try this as today i was listening to the radio and what they where talking about happened in my dream

The only problem with it that I see is wasting your mp3 player's battery. Of course, that might not be an issue for everyone.

Yes, you can, but have you ever tried? Thoughts wonder in daily life, and especially more on the border of sleep. It's a lot easier to stay on track with a guided recording. |
