Alright, i have read all of the manuals on making psiballs and i still can't make them.


I think my problem is i cant feel my energy going through my body.


could someone please help me with this.? Exclamation Question

i haven't made a psiball either but i get the tingle stuff. Try this.

Visualize energy coming from the ground your standing on and goes all the way to your arms to your hands.

I don't know if this helps but w.e

Yea, that is what other poeple have said to me... i try to imagine im standing on top of the earth and just a bunch of white/blue/ sutff is coming into my feet and then to my abs then chest then shoulders then down my arms...but i feel nothing

Try using a different element. Like say I usually start out with thinking that lightning has struck me and is circulating in my body. Then I push it into the psi ball. Or I visualise that there is a firestorm around me then it rotates around my body then into my psi ball. Using this technique I threw a psi ball at a little playing card structure and nocked it over. But keep trying, that's the only way to really do it. Very Happy

99redballoons, that is the kind of thing to be receptive to. And like Basalisk said, the manual's way of doing isn't the only way; it's a guideline. The message behind it is visualization. Visualize what you think energy should look like, but not what it should feel like. Be receptive and open to any feelings. I first felt "the tingle stuff" and a heat, a warmth. What would it look like if invisible hands started pushing this energy you visualized together? Would it spark? Would it flash? What does it sound like? When I started getting even more creative, I eventually got it and I was able to go on to psiballs.
