Was there some sort of magnetic force in between your hands?
Usually what I do with the Psi-Wheel is just will it to move, and know that it will move. I don't use visualization at all. |

Well, don't tell it in a forceful manner. I guess you could say it aloud, but that usually distracts me. Say it in your mind to the wheel. You have to remember that your subconsience is the one who really moves everything, so you're communicating through your subconscience to the wheel. Thus, the more in tune with your sub-c you are, the easier it is to move things, at least, in my experience. But you have to give it more than a day's work, and be patient. If you get frustrated, take a break. If you practice when irritated, you waste time. I'm starting to use Zepp's method more often, because "telling" is so automatic it starts to feel like I'm just "willing" the object to move. But in the beginning, asking and requesting the object was a good start for me. It might be different for you. Just practice and try. I know it's annoying as hell to hear it over and over again, but it works. |

Just like Lasher said, you don't have to be forcefull with it or anything. I like to think that I "own" the object <insert laughs> It may sound funny to you, but that's what works for me. Then again I view pyscokenisis as a "find your own path" type of skill, but, I'm no expert on it. |

an easier way to find this out is to go to the personal techniques section or use the search button. It is not convienent to have people type out things more than once because you are to lazy to go searching yourself. |
