ive been thinking about it and once youre good enuf shouldnt you be able to instantly create a psi ball if ure using youre own energy because all youre realy doing is moving it | ||||

If ur just starting out, no, but if your skilled after practice, yes, all u really would need is to focus as usual , but the result would occur in a quicker fasion. | ||||

i dont concentrate at all anymore when i make psi balls, so nope...well at least i dont think i'm concentrating... |

same here i can almost create one instantly now. it still takes me a few seconds to get it to start and when i get it started its almost like my energy explodes out of my hands. |

Hahaha. Yeah. What I'm trying to say is, it'll take less concentration as you improve.
But for now, looks like we're both stuck staring at our hands for long spaces of time. |

staring??? u mean u as a trainee is keeping ur eyes open when doing psi stuff? dude! close them! no wonder the "long spaces of time" |

I can pretty easily unless i havent done it in a while than it usually takes 2-3 mins otherwise it usually takes 10-15 secs |

Why can't you keep them open...I did when i started and i think i learned relatively quick..i still don't USUALLY close them for anything...unless meditation, trancing or shielding Do what's most comfortable for you |

eh......open eyes are no problem if u are good (like most if us here....)
but if u are not good and are encountering difficulties.....try closing those eyes <- better concentration (u do not have auric vision like me, so if u stare into black space, u will think that u have made no psiball even though it is there.........negative thinking = failure) |
