If ur just starting out, no, but if your skilled after practice, yes, all u really would need is to focus as usual , but the result would occur in a quicker fasion.

Slightly bad grammar but instant psi balls are possible after you get the hang of it...

same here i can almost create one instantly now. it still takes me a few seconds to get it to start and when i get it started its almost like my energy explodes out of my hands.

Do you need concentration to make a Psi-Ball once you're a pro?

Does The Pope shit in the woods?

Hahaha. Yeah. What I'm trying to say is, it'll take less concentration as you improve.
But for now, looks like we're both stuck staring at our hands for long spaces of time.

Why can't you keep them open...I did when i started and i think i learned relatively quick..i still don't USUALLY close them for anything...unless meditation, trancing or shielding

Do what's most comfortable for you

eh......open eyes are no problem if u are good (like most if us here....)

but if u are not good and are encountering difficulties.....try closing those eyes <- better concentration (u do not have auric vision like me, so if u stare into black space, u will think that u have made no psiball even though it is there.........negative thinking = failure)
