'Ello. I have just done my first PK using my own Technique.
I call it "The Tent." First: You get a napkin. Then: You fold it into a "tent" shape. After that: You place your hands around it and feel energy moving through your hands. Even after that: Concentrate only on the "tent" pretend that their's a bear in the woods and it wants to eat you little "campers" in the "tent." Finally: Concentrate even harder to make it move to the left, right, up, or down. Funny, I did this in a public place just playing around with a napkin. P.S. If anybody else is a beginner that wants to share their First time secrets, please tell. Or advanced PKer's that know what they did first. Just tryin' to help. |

Haha that's a very violent one. I'll try it out sometime.
Probably wouldn't hurt visualizing the bear eventually getting into the tent and ripping everyone up either. |

Uhh...you fold a square shaped napkin into a rectangle (or if it is a rectangle alread skip this). Then you fold that rectangle into two square shapes. Then separate it into a "L" or right angle or any angle that you can set it up on. That way it looks like a classic tent. Work for ya? P.S. Does anypsycher know any beginner levitations? (I'm talking about items) |

Try something light and simple in shape, like a ping-pong ball. |

Mabey it would also help to put a small gummi bear beside your tent? Just throwin' somethin' out there. |

sry, I don't have a dig. camera. But think about an "old fashioned blaket hanging over a string" tent.
/\ That shape. *sry, it musses up when I make it bigger* |
