So, today was my first try at a psiwheel. After about 20 minutes, the wheels began to oscillate/twitch. However, the phone rang, and I had to get it. As soon as I stopped trying and stood up, the psiwheel turned a quarter turn in the direction I wanted, then stopped turning and oscillating. So, I was wondering, do you think the final turn was PK, or was it just a side effect of standing up?

You can never be sure if it was just because of standing up, but I have heard of a method where you focus on the wheel intently, and then forget about it, causing it to move.

that happens to me a lot, there always seems to be a "lag" for when i want the wheel to do something, and when it does.
