Newbie post but, I set a pop can on it's side, created a small psi-ball in my hands, and pushed the pop can ever so gently back and forth in according to my hand movements. I showed it to my friends and they were baffled. I showed it to my family and my mom said it was air, and my younger brother thought it was my own gravitational field. What is one of the most easy beginner's techniques that I could try out to show my family that Psionics is real?
P.S.
This might help a bit but I have been fully practicing psionics for over 3 weeks. (But I've had psychic influence since I was a small boy.)

It depends. If you're good at manipulation, try flaring. If you're good at PK, try moving a paper psi-wheel under a glass. If you're good at precog, tell them things before they happen. If you're good at telepathy, scan them for their secrets, and tell everyone else Twisted Evil . Really, it just matters what skills you're best at.

Too true. Psionics is all about your personal experience but no one can deny a flying anything (except birds and bugs).
