Maybe because DMILS is a 'more respected' term for 'Biokinesis'..

Nope, he's right. I just tried BioPK DMILS and biokinesis in the search. Nothing. Doesn't mean its not in the articles, but I doubt there is an article specifically related to it.

That's because it's commonly known as Biofeedback, not biokinesis or bioPK, but you're right about DMILS being the preferred term

The only guide I have found on DMILS is a thread on changing your eye color in the Personal Techniques forum. DMILS are pretty sketchy and dangerous so not much is known.

It's not hard to do DMILS....just getting the results (if there are any) is the difficult part of it all.

Just think of a objective for you body to complete and keep reminding your body about it everyday....or just imagine a specific duty to be done.

You don't have to know specifically on how the body works or every process the body might go through.
