i am trying to find info on some tips on how to preform psychokinesis on fire ( like make a fireball ) or on water ( create mini waves in a cup) or even move sand or something can some one give me some tips or a little advice (good advice)

darknecro1010, simply put, making sand move or creating little waves happen in a cup of water is just telekinetically moving the sand or water. Good luck with making fireballs appear. You're going to need it.

i think he meant take fire manipulate it in a ball and have it float around

Well, unless it's possible to keep a fire going on psi instead of wood or something, he won't be able to have a ball of fire going for very long. Unless he levitated a ball of flaming wood.

It's posible to make a ball of fire float on it's own, You'd need to fuel it with the O2 in the air. Good luck though, thats not an easy task. I wouldn't be lookign forward to thowing fireballs any time soon, or even much later to be honest.

just a reminder, anything that ends with kinesis, is just the manipulation of that object, not creation. but like etree said, with all of them just use the same technique you use with psychokinesis. maybe just tweak it a little bit to match what you are trying to manipulate.
