I read the sticky's and such cant find the description, i still suck at psi but i tried to make one (very hard) i did feel some sort of electrick shockeyness trough 2 of my fingertips. Does this mean i made one or was starting to make one?

I'm not sure but if you've done it before and have felt nothing like it then it could be that or you just feeling what you want to feel but its probably that. |

i think im progressing, i managed to get a tingling feeling in my right hand, seems i cant get it in my left hand though, its hard for me to visualize anything at all. I seem to dont get where to visualize. I just picture me (a human picture like one of davinci, (the one with 4 arms and legs but imaging 2 legs and arms off) Then I visualize energy getting in to me (in whatever form) Then my right hand starts to tingle, by now it even tingles after trying to make a psi-ball. |

People experience their first psiball differently. I feel a strong negative magnetic push from a point between my hands. I moved my right hand (I told the psiball to stay in my right hand) and was still able to feel it. This does sound like a real psiball. Try to give it a different feeling, just to be sure. |
